About the Role

We are seeking a professional to fill a key position in our team. As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, as well as providing support and guidance to clients.


This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity. You will also need to be comfortable using various databases and software systems.



Key Responsibilities
  • Network and Partnership Development: Engage with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients;
  • Caseload Management: Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Advocacy and Information Provision: Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services, connecting both clients and the wider community;
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and clients, ensuring effective partnerships;


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilizing various databases;
