As a skilled professional, you will be building new and managing existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

You will have the ability to network with employers, build relationships and account manage effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services - connecting both clients and the wider community;

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and passion to manage solid partnerships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
