Marketing Manager Role Overview

This role focuses on driving brand growth and customer engagement in the electrical category.

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives.

  • Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans that support company goals and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product managers to execute promotions consistent with brand communication standards.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Key responsibilities include managing documentation and reports effectively, ensuring all advertising complies with Australian Consumer Law, and completing required compliance training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a marketing position with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload effectively.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and to lead and support a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to verifying completed tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
