About this Role

We are seeking a Category Development Specialist to drive growth and innovation in our e-commerce business. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and external supplier partners.

As a Category Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with supplier partners, driving category performance, and making data-driven ranging decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, but diverse backgrounds and transferable skills are valued. We are hiring across various business units, and candidates will be matched to one of our exciting categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Category Growth: Own category performance, develop growth strategies, and make data-driven ranging decisions.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with existing and potential supplier partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Leverage complex data analysis to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work seamlessly with marketing, finance, supply chain, and advertising teams to achieve holistic business objectives.
  • Develop Team Capabilities: Act as a subject matter expert, coach colleagues, and contribute to team knowledge development.
