Business Development Manager

The role of a Business Development Manager in the security industry is pivotal in driving business growth and expansion. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new security service opportunities across existing and new customers.

  • Securing new bookings and margin targets each quarter to drive revenue growth.
  • Driving daily sales activity to deliver business objectives and ultimately results.
  • Maintaining a customer-focused mindset to understand customer needs and buying processes.
  • Ensuring a safe working culture by adhering to industry standards.
  • Supporting the Service Branch with quoting processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience within the Electronic Security industry.
  • 3 years' experience in a high-performance sales culture.
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills, including SFDC.
  • Ideal candidate should hold Miller Heiman or MEDDIC certifications.
  • Experience in working cohesively within a team environment to deliver results.
  • Strong network systems experience, routing, IP addressing, VLANs, and PC related skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently.
