Linkforce, a leading integrated maintenance and project services delivery business, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join its Operations team. Based at the company's CBD head office, this role offers a full-time permanent position with competitive remuneration and opportunities for career development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcome and assist visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, advising staff members of their arrival.
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders using PRONTO & update relevant systems.
  • Assist with AOD screen processing.
  • Coordinate and manage office & team processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers, and other office resources.
  • Data entry and document uploading.
  • Manage and maintain office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment.
  • Perform other administration duties as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 1 + years' experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • A well-presented, 'people person,' who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
  • Mining Industry knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A National Police Check.
