About the Position

The Business Services Supervisor - Hybrid Role is a diverse position that requires a unique blend of technical and business skills. While compliance and tax are the core of any accounting firm, you will also be required to:

  • Provide business advisory services to business clients
  • Engage directly and frequently with clients regarding all business matters
  • Review work of staff
  • Prepare consolidated reports and tax consolidations
  • Provide value-added services to clients where opportunity arises
  • Prepare financial forecasts and management reports
  • Engage in KPI reporting and variance analysis, reporting back to clients
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to business clients on various aspects of their operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, tax consolidations, and other business data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Value-Added Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients, such as financial forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA Qualified or near qualified
  • At least 4.5 years' solid business services and tax experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services to clients
