About the Role
The Housekeeping Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring guest privacy and security, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with the team, including VIPs, cots, and rollaway beds.
- Support and assist the team during peak periods, maintaining a high level of service and efficiency.
- Perform room spot checks to ensure all rooms meet hotel standards.
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Monitor and report maintenance requests as needed.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star property or integrated resort.
- Previous experience with a Property Management System, such as Opera, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and high-level computer literacy.
