Job Title: Workshop Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Service Supervisor to join our team at Bosch Rexroth in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and controlling the activities of the internal Service team to maintain Customer Satisfaction and meet organisational and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously strive to achieve operational targets set by the organisation.
  • Ensure quality objectives are met, including lead-time, NCR, customer feedback, quality action list, calibration, testing and tagging, certification, tool listings, etc.
  • Ensure all relevant licenses, tickets, and inductions are current and up-to-date.
  • Supervise employees, contractors, and visitors as required from a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality perspective.
  • Coordinate internal Service jobs and release and coordinate Service production orders.
  • Provide technical support to Sales Engineers and Technicians.
  • Maintain and supervise upgrades of the test rig.
  • Train, guide, and support junior staff (apprentice and trades assistants) to improve capacity within the team.
Requirements:
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
  • Mechanical Trade certificate with a minimum of 5 years post-trade experience.
  • Proven experience managing a team (Team Leader/Supervisor/Leading Hand).
  • Able to demonstrate a high-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components.
  • Previous experience in hydraulic component repair.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and attention to detail.
