Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations professional to lead our team in Australia. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Risk and Compliance, to ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with our company values and culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
