Facilities Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly energetic and proactive individual with exceptional verbal skills, able to multitask, problem-solve, and build strong relationships. Proficiency in MS Office programs is essential for this role.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for vulnerable children and adults.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A proven track record in reception or customer service roles
- Experience in admin functions, including invoicing processing
- Demonstrated 'service excellence' experience, patience, and ability to build rapport with internal/external customers
- High level of computer literacy - Office365; email, internet systems, and Excel
- Ability to work with business processes/systems and respond quickly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary estimated to be around $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
