">The Opportunity
">This permanent role offers an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-centric individual the chance to join a fast-paced, driven, and diverse team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolving incidents, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.">
- Resolve, manage, and escalate incidents logged by customers, ensuring correct processes are followed.">
- Report to all managers as required on all incidents and maintain accurate records.">
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with customers.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience working in a helpdesk or call centre environment (preferred).">
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate diligence.">
- Exceptional customer service focus, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
- Able to attend 2 weeks of paid on-site training.">
