OurMildura site is a tray erecting facility that conveniently services regionallybased prominent customers within the horticulture segments such as table grapesand avocados that require corrugated trays and cartons for their produce.

We're looking for a proactive andhighly organised Regional Materials Co-ordinator to join our team on a minimum6 month maternity leave contract. In this vital role, you'll help ensurethe smooth flow of materials, from order placement to delivery, whilesupporting safety and operational excellence at our site.

Directly reporting to the VictorianSupply Chain Manager, this role will provide critical coordination/administrationsupport to the site including but not limited to conducting the following:

  • Managingthe order process from initial contact with customers, to receivingpayments, to the booking and coordinating of product loads so deliveriesare made on time
  • Trackingpallets
  • Managinginventory and stock supply received from our manufacturing plants aroundthe country as well as from our external suppliers
  • Managethe NCR process including data collection regarding damaged/incorrectgoods, system updating and customer liaison
  • Ensurethe site adherence to safety including undertaking site inspections,update/track safety data sheets
  • Maintainupdated customer information and other general administrative duties suchas participate in relevant weekly meetings, banking, booking couriers etc

Your strong multi-tasking, customer service, communication andadministrative skills will see you effectively build and maintain solid relationshipsboth internally and externally with the customer base. You will need to possessa strong focus on team work, exhibit a 'can do' flexible attitude and have ahuge passion for delivering results

To be considered for this fantasticopportunity, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similarposition within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing orinventory management
  • Strong administrative/coordinationbackground
  • Intermediate competency in MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel and Outlook)
