About the Role

Vertex Power & Process is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to provide critical technical and operational support for the delivery of substation and private high voltage network projects. As a pivotal link between Team Leaders, field staff, and management, this role ensures efficient resource and equipment utilisation, smooth project execution, and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

You'll work closely with the operations team to uphold Vertex's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction through exceptional organisational and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Certificate III ESI – Power Systems (Distribution).
  • At least 5 years in a similar coordination or administrative role.
  • NSW Supervisor Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in project administration and HSEQT.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and liaison skills.
  • Proficient in SimPRO (or similar job management systems).
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organisational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Capable of negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and processes with ability to enforce them effectively.
