Key Responsibilities:

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the concession store and ensuring alignment with company key performance indicators. Your primary focus will be on delivering a warm and genuine customer service experience, empowering your team to exceed expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators.
  • Empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.

Attributes You Possess:

  • Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
