About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to join our high-performing Sydney concession as a Concession Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer relationships, managing inventory and operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6+ employees in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Analyze sales data and develop plans to optimize product offerings and promotions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial retail setting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
