
Customer Journey Manager

Our team is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to lead the strategy and implementation of customer journeys. In this role, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and deliver our customer marketing strategy, driving deep customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in designing, delivering and reporting on integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer journey communication plans end-to-end.
- Manage all approvals for campaign activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Set, monitor and review campaign performance.
- Implement test & learn plans and post-campaign analysis to deliver better value and conversion.

You will be accountable for contributing to the day-to-day operations of your team, including meeting service standards, communication and providing ongoing team direction.
