- Design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are personalized and insight-led.
- Optimize existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business objectives.
- Define and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
- Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
