We're seeking a skilled Customer Journey Specialist to join our team and elevate customer communications.
This 10-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
As a Customer Journey Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are personalised and insight-led.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business goals and define key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customer journeys that drive engagement and retention.
- Build and manage automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure aligned marketing strategies.
- Define and track key performance metrics to inform marketing decisions.
- Champion best practices in lifecycle marketing and share results to educate stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- An analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
