Customer Journey Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Customer Journey Specialist to drive our customer communications strategy. This 10-month fixed term role will be instrumental in designing and delivering personalized, automated journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they're personalized and insight-led.
  • Optimize existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion best practice in lifecycle marketing and share results to educate and inspire stakeholders.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
