Senior Technical Advisor Job

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our most complex customer engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both our sales team and to our customers, providing expert guidance on our solutions and products.

Your responsibilities will include understanding customer goals and requirements, demonstrating our solutions to address these needs, and defining tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

You will be expected to support deep technical discussions around our API's and SDK's, provide advice on how our solutions can best be implemented, and work closely with our implementation, customer success, and technical support teams.

You will also have direct input into shaping our processes and documentation, and identifying ways to improve our product to meet customer needs.

Ticket to Success
  • Customer Focus - You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with prospects to understand their business objectives, technical environments, and challenges.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership - You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through to solution design, proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.
  • Technical Proficiency - Leveraging your deep technical knowledge, you will guide prospects through solution architecture discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address technical objections with clarity and credibility.
  • Customer Advocate - As the voice of the customer within our company, you will advocate for their needs and share insights with our product and engineering teams.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience - A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - preferably within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management - A proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Technical Capability - Experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems, proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / Open API's, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman.
