As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to combine technical and commercial responsibilities in a dynamic role.

The primary focus of this position will be to serve as the post-sales technical lead for assigned customers' workloads running on Snowflake. You will engage support and other cross-functional team members to expedite the resolution of customer issues, be proactive in educating customers post-production, and provide them with technical guidance.

This role requires you to leverage your technical skills and expertise to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization, driving growth for assigned customers by engaging stakeholders and developing actionable plans.

You will collaborate regularly with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies that enable customers to achieve their business goals and recommend these proactively to customers.

A deep understanding of assigned customer environments, use cases, and challenges is necessary to provide expert technical advice post-production. You will develop, manage, and implement a strategy for efficient workload consumption, working closely with the account team to drive results.
