Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Expert. In this role, you will act as the trusted technical advisor to our sales team and customers, providing expert guidance on complex technical issues.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements and set them up for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams during discovery discussions with customers to understand their goals and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on how to demonstrate FrankieOne's products to address customer needs.
  • Define solutions to meet customer requirements and work closely with our product teams to identify any product gaps.
  • Support deep technical discussions around our API's and SDK's and provide advice on how our solutions can best be implemented.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - ideally within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / Open API's, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Natural problem-solving ability and creativity.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a cross-functional team.
