The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs, working closely with sales teams, product teams, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery. Your expertise in technology ecosystems and proficiency in RESTful APIs, Swagger/OpenAPIs, authentication protocols, data formats, and tools like Postman will be crucial in this role.
Your primary focus will be on the customer, acting as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their business objectives, technical environments, and challenges. You will translate these insights into tailored solution proposals that clearly demonstrate the value and differentiation of our platform.
- Key Responsibilities
- Solution Leadership: Own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle from discovery and qualification through to solution design, proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Guide prospects through solution architecture discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address technical objections with clarity and credibility.
- Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs and share insights with product and engineering teams to inform product strategy and enhance our solutions' market fit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to shape and deliver winning strategies that drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - ideally within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, solution architects, and end-users.
