Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

Key Responsibilities:

As a technical solutions expert, you will provide pre-sales support to the sales team by qualifying opportunities and contributing to solution scope, design, and architecture. You will translate customer business requirements into tailored solutions that meet their needs from a technical and commercial perspective.

You will conduct pre-sales support activities, including demos and innovation workshops. Ensure technical and commercial adequacy of solutions, leveraging standard solution portfolios.

Collaborate with global functions to define customer-specific solutions. Develop local strategies to shape markets in alignment with overall strategy principles and product/solution portfolios.

Liaise with solution specialists and product management to manage strategic principles in the region. Contribute to baseline portfolios with market requirements, pricing policies, and regional competitor information.

Safeguard comprehensive documentation, education, and marketing materials (internal/external).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A strong knowledge of ITS and/or tolling, preferably with experience in the Australian and New Zealand ITS market is essential. A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or similar discipline is required.

Minimum 5+ years' experience in pre-sales and technical roles is necessary. Excellent conceptual thinking and design capabilities are also required.

Business fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued. Willingness to participate in domestic and international business trips is also necessary.

Exceptional collaboration, presentation, and communication skills are required. Flexibility, proactivity, self-motivation, keen perception, and a strong customer focus mindset are also desired qualities.
