The OpportunityAs a Member Support Consultant at our Willoughby Platinum club, you will be the driving force behind the success of Fitness First. You will interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth by performing outreach activities.
You will generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities. Your goal is to maximise sales opportunities by achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone.
You will also provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions. You will achieve successful outcomes to enquiries, opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
Active involvement in member retention programs is essential, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey. You will make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive estimated salary of $62,000-$67,000, made up of base salary and commission, plus superannuation. You will also receive a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards.
