**About This Role**


As a Membership Director at Fitness First, you will be responsible for leading a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and member retention budgets. You will oversee front desk operations and ensure each member receives exceptional, personalized service.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to meet monthly sales targets
  • Meet individual sales targets to contribute to team success
  • Create a structure for the MSC team to meet daily performance criteria
  • Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets
  • Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours
  • Support club and regional managers in driving membership growth initiatives
  • Develop the MSC fortnightly roster

**Requirements**



  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a strong ability to hit KPIs
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and various sales techniques
  • Previous experience in managing customer journeys and customer retention strategies
  • Previous experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Ability to motivate others towards a goal
  • Experience using business computer systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
