Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at our Willoughby Platinum club. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service that motivates members to continue their fitness journey.
Responsibilities:- Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of potential members.
- An excellent communication skillset, enabling effective interaction with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Drive and goal focus, combined with a continuous desire to improve performance.
- A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
- A competitive OTE of $62,500 made up of base salary and commission, plus superannuation.
