Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our organization on a contract basis.

This role is dedicated to ensuring that each customer benefits from a committed advocate to address their concerns and resolve issues promptly.

  • Provide hands-on support to customers, sales teams, and the warehouse and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries to ensure timely resolution and utmost satisfaction.
  • Liaise with suppliers to assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Manage stock allocation to meet customer requirements.
  • Follow up on expected delivery dates with customers.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with processing delivery invoices.
