
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our organization on a contract basis.
This role is dedicated to ensuring that each customer benefits from a committed advocate to address their concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide hands-on support to customers, sales teams, and the warehouse and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate customer deliveries to ensure timely resolution and utmost satisfaction.
- Liaise with suppliers to assist in resolving customer issues.
- Manage stock allocation to meet customer requirements.
- Follow up on expected delivery dates with customers.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team with processing delivery invoices.
- Customer service and issue resolution.
- Stock management and inventory control.
- Delivery coordination and logistics.
- Communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
