Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be instrumental in delivering exceptional sales support to equipment customers.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and providing top-notch service in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with account holders and end-users.
- Communicating with dealers and end-user customers, receiving orders, processing credits, and providing product advice to facilitate sales.
- Promoting the sale of new or additional products through sales incentive programs to grow the business.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner with a focus on maintaining successful business relationships.
- Providing assistance in warranty registration card processing and warranty claims from dealers.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
- Customer driven with a focus on satisfaction.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- SAP experience desirable.
- Highly organized and proactive approach to the work environment.
