The Claims Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes through technical leadership and collaboration.

- Conducting technical reviews and audits of claims to identify risks and ensure accuracy.
This position requires minimum 3 years' experience in CTP claims with claims management experience (NSW MAIA Scheme).
- A sound knowledge of CTP legislation, processes, and legal frameworks is essential.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is required.
- Provide expert advice on complex CTP claims.
