Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CTP claims professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional service excellence to our customers and stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of the assigned CTP claims unit and provides advice on claims management, policy guidelines, and quality.
  • Initiates new ideas and concepts to support the development and delivery of the business plan for the business unit.
  • Assists with the implementation and maintenance of claims management strategies and objectives.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate service standards and regulations.
  • Continuously improves business processes, including process and cost efficiencies/synergies.
  • Sets reserves and authorizes payments within scope of authority, settles claims in the most cost-effective manner, and ensures timely issuance of disbursements.
  • Handles complaints and investigations of suspicious/fraudulent insurance claims.
  • Provides technical expertise and mentoring to assist team development.

About You

  • You will have leadership and CTP claims experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • You will also have a natural ability to work well in a team, self-reflect, and manage conflict resolution.
