Leadership Opportunity:

A seasoned leader is required to oversee our CTP claims division.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in insurance CTP claims and a talent for motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the assigned CTP claims unit and provide guidance on claims management, policy frameworks, and quality assurance.
  • Promote innovative ideas and concepts to drive business growth and delivery.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of claims management strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate service standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to facilitate team development.

  • Leadership experience and CTP claims knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
