  • The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in CTP claims management or relevant legal practice (plaintiff or defendant), and tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance.

About the Role:

As a Senior Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legislative timeframes and guidelines while maintaining a customer-first approach.

You will facilitate early access to rehabilitation services to support optimal recovery outcomes.

You will represent us in settlement conferences and hearings, ensuring professional and empathetic engagement.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Advisor to manage a diverse portfolio of CTP claims from start to settlement.

This position requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and negotiate effectively.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with solicitors, claimants, and medical professionals to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in CTP claims management or relevant legal practice (plaintiff or defendant), and tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance.
