- The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in CTP claims management or relevant legal practice (plaintiff or defendant), and tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance.

About the Role:As a Senior Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legislative timeframes and guidelines while maintaining a customer-first approach.
You will facilitate early access to rehabilitation services to support optimal recovery outcomes.
You will represent us in settlement conferences and hearings, ensuring professional and empathetic engagement.
