We're looking for a motivated CTP Claims Support Officer to join our Claims Operations team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and support services across our CTP & Personal Injury Insurance teams, helping us deliver a seamless experience for customers.

What you'll do

  • Process & manage incoming mail: scanning, indexing, distributing, archiving, and resolving return-to-sender/unidentified mail.
  • Review & classify CTP & PI insurance documents to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Prepare, proof & dispatch outgoing correspondence to support claim lodgement & ongoing management.
  • Handle sensitive claim information (e.g. medical records) with confidentiality and care.
  • Support audits, reviews, and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain personal performance data while contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Support process improvements, training & assist other areas when needed.

  • Salary: $79,500 (inclusive of 12% super).
