CTP Claims Specialist Role

As a CTP Common Law (CL) Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in handling NSW scheme CL claims from lodgement through to settlement. Your portfolio will consist of up to 130 claims, requiring you to effectively manage and resolve common law claims arising from motor vehicle accidents.

This includes assessing liability, negotiating settlements, handling disputes, and liaising with claimants, legal professionals, and medical experts. You will also provide exceptional customer service to ensure claimants understand the process and their entitlements.

The opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office.

About This Opportunity
  • Strong analytics skills are required to make sound claims management decisions, influence, and negotiate outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers, customers, and business partners is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written) are necessary for success in this role.

Experience in CTP Claims management, Allied Health, or Legal background is highly desirable.
