Business Manager and Executive Officer to EGM

About the Role
The Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill two Executive Officer roles to support Executive Group Managers. These roles will work closely with the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer and as part of a broader Executive Support network to ensure the smooth running of the respective EGM offices and the DDTS Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to senior executives, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Work closely with the Executive Officer to the Chief Digital Officer to ensure the smooth running of the respective EGM offices.
- Contribute to the development of the DDTS Group's strategic direction and initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing executive support to senior executives is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
