Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative who can drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets;
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor our solutions accordingly;
- Demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their value proposition;
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with leads;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and results.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
