We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the SMB sector.

The Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Pursuing and closing new business opportunities through demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in one of our core verticals of Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare would be a plus. Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce, Groove, Chilipiper, Drift, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, and LinkedIn would be advantageous.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
