Business partnerships are crucial to driving organizational performance and growth. As a Business HR Partner, you will be instrumental in maximizing team capability and performance, supporting business objectives through effective relationship building and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will provide guidance and coaching to leaders for sound commercial outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • You will manage employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues, within legal frameworks.
  • You will support the management of personal injuries.
  • You will contribute to HR activities like engagement, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, talent, remuneration, and succession planning.
  • You will collaborate with safety, risk, and fraud teams.
  • You will deliver HR performance metrics and insights.
  • You will identify gaps and process improvements to enhance compliance and employee experience.
  • You will participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years in a generalist HR Business Partnering role is required.
  • Experience managing employee relations matters is necessary.
  • Prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment are essential.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible approach is required.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management, or similar are preferred.
