Strategic Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic healthcare manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for shaping the future of healthcare services within our network.
Your primary focus will be on leading the development and implementation of evidence-based approaches to health service commissioning, capacity and service planning, monitoring and evaluation. You will work closely with statewide frameworks and strategies, clinical service models, and our strategic objectives to ensure that our health services meet current and future community needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for health system improvement. You will lead the delivery of high-quality data analysis, modelling, and insights to inform service design and transformation across the network. Collaborating with clinical programs and corporate teams, you will help build organisational capability, support service innovation, and drive performance excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health or business administration, with proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. They will also possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex health datasets.
