Team Leader Job

SA Health seeks a dedicated professional to fill the Team Leader role within its Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health Service. The successful candidate will play a key leadership position in implementing and embedding stronger, more sustainable approaches to support the Aboriginal clinical workforce.

Key responsibilities of this role include enabling culturally sensitive healthcare to clients across the continuum of health services through effective leadership. This includes providing an Aboriginal lens to healthcare, delivering cultural safe care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess and provide clinical intervention to Aboriginal clients/consumers.

The ideal candidate for this position will be skilled in developing culturally appropriate interventions and supporting team members in achieving these goals. They will also possess strong communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and effective delivery of patient care.

Requirements:
