Director of Service Delivery and Performance

The role of Director of Service Delivery and Performance is pivotal in shaping the future of integrated healthcare in Australia.

About the Position
  • This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO, responsible for delivering strategic objectives within hospital at home, community health, and other service delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the workforce.
  • Embed innovative models of care.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure safe, seamless, high-quality patient-centred care.
  • Provide strategic oversight of operational decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Oversee and exceed regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in hospital, community health, or acute/sub-acute health care service delivery.
  • Proven success in managing teams and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead change, innovation, and best practice.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
