Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to grow our client portfolio, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure the efficient allocation of staff resources to meet client demand. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influence national strategies, and contribute to a safe and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our amazing healthcare local and national clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in workforce solutions and coordinate local and national BD efforts.
- Lead 360 recruitment processes for Acute and Aged Care staff - with support of the wider recruitment team
- Conduct OH&S assessments to ensure safe client environments.
- Monitor client activity and provide feedback to operations and BD teams.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold high standards of conduct.
Let's talk about you
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or the casual nursing agency industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record in business development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing markets and work collaboratively across teams.
- Sound financial analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of booking systems (desirable).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential).
