About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Lactalis Australia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of target customers across hospital neonatal, maternity, and paediatric wards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business performance goals in the defined geographical area.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the infant formula sector across hospitals and community.
  • Collaborate with other nutritional healthcare representatives to ensure effective sales execution in the designated geographic area.
  • Deliver tailored product knowledge, education, and resource solutions to targeted customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or related degrees.
  • Proven experience gained in the paediatric or neonatal field and/or pharmaceuticals sales with a record of achievement and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • A drive for results with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
