Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Ensure that the business performance in the defined geographical area is consistent with the company's strategy and promotional plans.
- Customer Management: Manage a portfolio of target customers by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining long-term sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the infant formula sector.
- Product Knowledge and Education: Deliver tailored product knowledge, education, and resource solutions to targeted customers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other nutritional healthcare representatives to ensure collaboration that will increase the effectiveness in the designated geographic area.
- Tertiary Qualification: Hold a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or related degrees.
- Experience: Proven experience gained in paediatric or neonatal field and/or pharmaceuticals sales with a record of achievement and team collaboration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills, ability to organise and run virtual and face-to-face meeting platforms, drive for results, customer focus, negotiation skills, time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
