About the Role

We seek an experienced Tender Writer to join our growing team. You will contribute to writing requirements for tender applications and produce engaging final presentations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our tendering team to coordinate submissions to high standards within tight timeframes.
  • Writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading submissions.
  • Sourcing and creating marketing materials to support submissions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and support submissions.
  • Assisting in developing strategies to improve our win ratio.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Allied Health or a related industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • An understanding and experience of AI applications.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to blend technical, persuasive, and creative writing techniques.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in corporate health.
