We're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of structured career pathways for early-career professionals in the energy sector. As Technical Pathways Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive programs that equip apprentices and graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in this dynamic field.


Key Responsibilities">

  2. Design and deliver structured career pathways aligned to business and industry needs;
  3. Lead end-to-end program development, from curriculum design through to evaluation;
  4. Collaborate with industry partners, TAFEs, RTOs, and Training Services NSW to maintain program compliance and quality;
  5. Coach and guide apprentices, graduates, and program coordinators; and
  6. Engage with industry forums to influence future standards and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong program leadership and collaborative approach;
  • Experience in technical workforce development (energy/utilities preferred);
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship and graduate program frameworks;
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication ability;
  • Safety expertise, including embedding safe practices into every development pathway;
  • Achievement-driven mindset, with a focus on creating programs that set up apprentices and graduates to succeed;
  • Integrity, ensuring programs are fair, transparent, and compliant;
