Your Opportunity

The ParentsNext program helps parents with children under school age plan and prepare for future study or work. This outcome-focused role involves collaborating with participants to identify activities that will help them achieve their education and employment goals, undertaking regular reviews of plans and responding to any changing requirements, developing networks to refer clients and suitable local services, completing administrative tasks accurately, and adhering to Work Health and Safety compliance requirements.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need passion to engage with individuals, experience in Community Services or Employment Services (Jobactive, Transition To Work, Disability Employment Services), ability to network and keep up-to-date with local services, exceptional time management, administrative, and computer literacy skills, and evidence of Covid 19 Vaccination.
