Pathway Opportunities Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in facilitating student pathways at our organization. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating international credentials and making informed decisions regarding admissibility and eligibility for Higher Education programmes.
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and policies related to admissions, quality assurance, and audit requirements.
  • Managing financial matters related to admissions processes, including scholarships, bursaries, fees, Visa, booking cancellations, or refunds if applicable.
  • Attending induction and training sessions, including workshops.

Key Performance Areas

  • Quality: Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, and policies related to admissions, quality assurance, and audit requirements.
  • Communications: Collaborate with other teams to provide support to wider aspects of the admissions process and respond to requests/inquiries from agents, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Maintain superior customer service with all stakeholders.
  • Improvements: Contribute to the development of improvements to admissions policies and processes and systems.
  • Data Collection: Ensure students' records and data in systems are well maintained and accurate.

Requirements

  • Diploma level qualification or equivalent.
  • IT Literacy - working knowledge of Microsoft products, databases.
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in a high volume, transactional SLA driven environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong level of attention to detail.
